Hashimoto’s is a complex condition requiring a full systems approach. Together we’ll explore and address underlying digestive and nutritional issues, lifestyle factors, stress and how your genes impact your expression of Hashimoto’s.

As Hippocrates reminds us, all disease begins in the gut. We’ll investigate gut issues that may be contributing to your signs and symptoms, assess where you may have underlying nutritional deficiencies, or explore where your current diet may not be serving you well. In partnership we’ll uncover the nutritional choices you may need to make to achieve your best health and decrease symptom expression.

Could hidden food sensitivities or allergies be affecting thyroid hormone production and expression of symptoms?
